Coach Handbag Outlet Stores Goes Out Of Vogue

July 10th, 2008 by charliez

Coach handbag outlet stores are no longer the ideal place to get your Coach designer handbags. The trend of going on a weekend trip to your favorite outlet store which was the craze several years ago is changing.

No longer will you waste time on the journey. In fact, you will save a substantial amount of money that usually goes to petrol and shopping mall parking fees if you drive, transportation, food and other knick-knacks that go along with shopping at an outlet store. With the huge craze of internet e-commerce, never before has it been easier for you to get your Coach handbag and other accessories.

You flip on your laptop, make an internet connection, move your mouse and cursor over several websites, a few clicks here and there, grab your favorite chilled soda, hit the order button and you are basically done. The much anticipated wait is well worth it. In a couple of days, you hear a ring on your door. A package has arrived with your Coach handbag or accessory which you bought at a great discount.

Did you check out the official Coach website? Nada. Zilch

You know the prices there wouldn’t match up to any great discount prices anywhere else and would be akin to shopping at the outlet itself.

Top-notch Coach items are not just sold by the designer brands online but also numerous drop-shippers who without a brick and mortar storefront, are ready to always give you the best deals. The stuff you buy are authentic as well, not fakes. If you are unlucky, you may get the occasional dishonest seller but think about this. Skin Care Tips - Enemies of Good Skin

July 7th, 2008 by charliez

Recognizing a smoker’s face

We are all familiar with what some doctors call “smoker’s face”: fine lines around the mouth from puckering lips; lines near the eyes from squinting through smoke; a gray-tinged complexion caused by nicotine-slowed blood circulation; thin skin, slackness, and dryness. But did you know that smokers also have higher rates of skin cancers and slower wound-healing rates than non-smokers, and are less able to utilize skin-friendly, antioxidant vitamins such as vitamin C? Moreover, cigarette smoke contains high concentrations of nitrogen dioxide ozone, a compound that damages the DNA your skin cells need to efficiently create new cells.

With so much going on in one face, a smoker can appear up to 20 years older than her nonsmoking counterparts. For instance, it is common for smokers in their 40s to resemble nonsmokers in their 60s. It’s no wonder that, after sun exposure, dermatologists list smoking as one of the biggest causes of skin damage.

Several studies have shown that smokers’ skin is an average of 40 percent thinner than nonsmokers’ skin. Researchers say that this is due to restricted blood supply and the deterioration of collagen and elastin in the skin - both caused by cigarette smoke.

Heavy drinking

If you’re at all health conscious, you know you should go easy on the alcohol - a few two-drink nights each week is plenty. That’s because long-term alcohol abuse has been associated with liver disease and breast cancer. Yet the effects of a single night’s binge can appear on your skin as early as the morning after, in the form of dehydration, or water retention under the eyes.

In addition, heavy drinking saps B vitamins from the body - especially folic acid and thiamine. Skin needs these B vitamins to maintain health, so a deficiency can cause a pale, sallow complexion, dryness, slackness, and unexplained breakouts. Because alcohol dilates the blood vessels nearest your skin, heavy drinking can stress and weaken small blood vessels to the point that some may break, causing visible and unsightly broken veins on your face.

Lastly, a few too many drinks can cause neglect. After all, who feels like taking off makeup, washing the face, and putting on skin-care products when the room is spinning?

Five Keys To Avoid Buying A Fake Coach Handbag

June 29th, 2008 by charliez

Fakes are everywhere aren’t they? I mean you can’t go to a flea market, a roadside stand, a mom and pop store, and in many cases the Internet without running into fake or knockoff Coach Purses. Not just Coach, but all of the famous designer labels. I want to give you five areas you can focus on to help you avoid being duped, taken, or conned into buying a fake Coach handbag or fake Coach Wallet. Now realize, these are only guidelines. The counterfeiters are getting better and better at what they do but you can protect yourself by observing some key areas.

Stitching

Bad stitching on any “designer” handbag is a dead give away to not only an inferior product but to a much higher likelihood that you have encountered a counterfeit or a fake. Examine the stitching closely. Is it consistent throughout the bag? Is the underside or inside stitching much poorer than the rest? If the answer to either of these questions is yes, then steer clear of that item. Designer bags, like Coach, are more expensive because they are more complex in their structure. Examples of this might be double and triple stitching and multiple layers of fabric.

Materials

In this area the counterfeiters have gotten better. They are not using cheap PVC or vinyl to in their knockoffs. They are using leather and lambskin. However, you will still notice that the material in the fake is not as good as the material found in the real designer bags. Coach bags will not have any discoloration in the material at all and many fakes will have exactly that. Often times the material on the fake is stiff and uneven. Focus on the material. It should be good quality, durable yet flexible, with no discoloration.

Label

This is often the giveaway. You would think that someone who went to the trouble of procuring materials, stealing the design, and hiring the labor would at least take the time (or hire someone) to insure that the spelling on all the labels and tags attached to the bag had correctly spelled words. Also words should not be ran together. You know, likethis. Also, many times the label will be even more cheaply made than the rest of the bag. When it comes to labels and tags, poor quality, poor stitching, and poor spelling are all indicators that this garment is a fake.

Packaging

This an area that can be an indicator when shopping at retail. The designer experience includes nice packaging, properly sized, tissues, and shopping bags. It helps complete the transaction to complete the transference of value to the consumer. This is more difficult to gage when purchasing on the Internet. However, even on Internet transactions most Coach bags and other designer bags will come with a high quality, thick flannel or cotton dust bag. Packaging is another area to watch when purchasing designer handbags.

Other Details

Other indicators are a layering of the materials. This would include the thread, fabric, leather, metals, and any stamping. Also most authentic items don’t come with just an authenticity card but also product literature detailing the company and the care of the handbag. Other things you might look for are things that might seem obvious but often are overlooked. Like, are the handles on the bag the same length? Does the color of the handles fit the overall color scheme on the handbag? Do the latches and snaps match up correctly or are they “a little off”. Paying attention to these other details can help insure you don’t get let holding the “fake” bag!

Armed with this information you should have a higher comfort level when shopping for designer handbags. Just remember this…if it’s too good to be true, it probably isn’t true!

Genuine Coach Handbags and Accessories are your best bet!

Obagi Blue Peel Treatment

June 12th, 2008 by charliez

If you’re in search for a younger looking skin transformation, then you should consider the Obagi Blue Peel.

Developed by Dr. Zein Obagi, the Obagi Blue Peel is an aggressive treatment for advanced skin regeneration. It is one of the most effective methods of chemical peeling, and is considered a medium depth chemical peel treatment. It is similar to the TCA peel, as its main active component is trichloroacetic acid. The Obagi Blue Peel Nu Derm System, is also referred to as “blue peel”, “obagi peel”, and even “TCA peel”.

An advantage to the Obagi Blue Peel that doctors appreciate is that the treatment can be easily customized to each unique patient by controlling the depth of the peel. A blueish-green dye is combined with the cream mixture to indicate and aid the physician where the Blue Peel has not been administered.

A minor inconvenience of the blue peel is that after the paste like application, you literally look like a “blue smurf”. Fortunately, the residues of the blue peel remains and stains your skin only temporarily, quickly fading away.

The blue peel requires a number of returning visits, as it tends to be weaker than an absolute TCA peel. The non-painful treatments lasts for aproximately 20 minutes, and it is recommended to be on the Obagi Nu Derm skin care regimen as a precursor to the peel.

The Obagi Blue Peel procedure helps to restore healthy, beautiful skin and can be found in almost every dermatologists and plastic surgeons office as part of their skin care arsenal.

You can go to Obagi’s official site, obagi.com to find a trained physician in your area and give Obagi Blue Peel a try.

Obagi Skin Care products are a great choice for your skin. Consider Obagi Blue Peel and Obagi Clear to effectively restore a younger, healthy looking skin.

Easy Tips To Cure Athlete’s Foot

June 4th, 2008 by charliez

Fungi love to take residence in nooks and crannies that are cramped, damp and stuffy, like the areas between your toes. Once these microorganisms have taken territory over a patch of skin on your foot, they would really try their best to stay and take root. Sometimes, when you think that you have eliminated these skin squatters, they would end up showing in a different place, such as your toenail.

People with athlete’s foot will tell you that treating this condition can be very tricky. Just using a topical cream for a couple of days will not be enough to get rid of the nasty fungal infection because fungus can penetrate deep beneath the skin, which topical treatments cannot entirely reach. However, the roots are also not deep enough for oral anti-fungal drugs to work fast. So if you are being plagued by on-and-off athlete’s foot problem, just read on and discover how you can get rid of your smelly problem for good.

Be The Queen (or King) of Clean

The first thing you need to do in order to beat your fungi problem is to follow proper hygiene always. If you are prone to athlete’s foot, be sure to dry your feet first before wearing your shoes. It is also advisable to refrain from using the same pair of shoes for two consecutive days. Give your shoes some time to breathe.

A Little Yogurt Won’t Hurt

Aside from the stench, other annoying symptoms of athlete’s foot are redness, flaking and itchiness. To help ease the symptoms, you can put plain yogurt on the affected area as often as you want. A small amount of yogurt will surely soothe itchiness and redness.

Beat Fungus With Astragalus

For centuries now, people have been using astragalus to provide relief for their fungus woes. Just use this fungi-killer herb three times a day for 1 ½ to 2 months to get the most out of the strength of astragalus. However, before using any herbs or alternative therapies, you need to seek advice from a doctor or a naturopathic.

Do Magic With Garlic

Garlic is one extraordinary bulb because it does not only have properties that fight bacteria and virus, but it is also helpful in your battle against fungi. You can dab a couple of drops of garlic oil on the problematic areas on your feet 30 minutes before you go to sleep. Just make sure that you put on some socks after rubbing oil on your feet so that you will not soil your bed sheets.

You can be sure that this oil will penetrate the deepest roots of the fungi even if it is only topically applied. However, you should make sure that you continue the treatment for two weeks to one month, even when you think the fungal infection has already cleared away.

It is also a wise idea to eat raw garlic to help speed up the healing process. You can be assured that garlic component allicin, which is responsible for eliminating fungi, is unadulterated in the raw form of this herb. About four cloves a day in four to six months is effective in totally eliminating the roots of your foot problem.

Bar The Sugar

If you want to encourage the proliferation of fungus on your skin, then go ahead and eat plenty of sugary foods. However, if you are getting tired of having foul-smelling feet, then you should go easy on your sugar intake, particularly the refined kind.

Individuals suffering from athlete’s foot usually have other fungal skin problems. The most common fungi woe that people with tinea pedis, which the scientific name of athlete’s foot, could also suffer from is toenail fungus. This triggers the yellowing and crumbling of nails. There are many anti-fungal creams for nail fungus. However, one product that is truly effective in beating nail fungal infections is Somasin. Know more about it by visiting http://www.somasin.com/.

Safety Driving Tips with Your Baby

June 2nd, 2008 by charliez

Driving with your baby can be fun. Parents enjoy driving with their babies because it is such a pleasant view when someone sees your baby on board plus the special bonding that you will experience. However, it can also be a tragic disaster if safety is not being considered. Although no parent would want their baby to have an accident anywhere, sometimes they seem to be satisfied with the safety tips they know. Below are very important tips on how to be safe when driving with your baby.

Let your baby be comfortable. Do not drive when your baby is hungry, thirsty or does not have enough sleep. No matter how you play with him, he will not enjoy the ride if he has problems. Use sun shield for both side and back of your car to avoid your baby to feel discomfort. Dressing your baby depending on the car temperature can also help. If he feels comfortable, you can concentrate on your driving.

Help your baby to enjoy the trip. If he is awake, music can also help your baby to relax. Radio, CD or even your own voice will do, as long as it is not too loud for your baby and you as a driver. You can also talk to him frequently and discuss to him what he sees. Again, if your baby is enjoying the trip, you can concentrate more on your driving.

Place all the necessary things within your reach. This includes diapers, full feeding bottles, toys and other important things you may need to use at once. Organize them in such a way you can easily get them. This will avoid you to be disturbed in your driving which is very important for safety. However, be careful when you really need to pull over.

Have someone with you. This is very much advisable especially if the travel will be long. It is better if your companion also knows how to drive and have his license with him. You can exchange seat with him when you feel tired or uncomfortable, and he can even play with your baby once in a while. Babies can disturb you anytime no matter how well you prepare.

Double check his safety gadgets. Although it is a common knowledge that you provide him safety straps, but it is better if you check it once in a while especially when he is awake. Babies may move in different directions and he may be tangled with it without your knowledge. You also cannot trust the straps all the time. Though you can blame manufacturers for a low quality product, it is still your responsibility as parent to ensure the safety of your baby.

Have a reminder at your back. Stickers like the one posted here will remind other drivers to take extra caution with you in case you get slower. They will also add some distance behind you because they know how hard it is to drive with a baby. Moreover, make the size and location visible at all angles. You can also smile at other drivers and point to them the location of your baby while they are going to overtake you, just to make sure they know that there is a baby inside your car.

With all of this, the best tip yet is to avoid your baby to be with you when you drive if it is not really necessary. In any accident, absence of body is better than presence of mind.

Colic and Your Infant Baby - Really Nothing To Worry About

May 1st, 2008 by charliez

Colic is not some unusual disease that you should worry about. In fact, it is actually quite common especially to babies who are barely a year old. Still, the nonstop screaming and fidgeting can worry a lot of parents, especially if this is the first time that they have encountered such a problem. After all nonstop crying can be the result of many things not just a colic.

This is the reason why it is important for parents to know just what colic is and to recognize its signs and symptoms.

There is actually no known cause of colic. Despite being quite common, medical experts still have no idea what to make of this problem. It usually starts during the first few weeks, particularly during the third week. It peaks at two months of age and then subsides at the third to fourth month. By the fourth month, there will usually be no more episodes of colic.

Colic is purportedly a painful gaseous feeling brought on by stomach ache. Children, who are unused to the problem and cannot communicate the pain, will cry for about an hour up to as much as five hours. They will feel the pain and scream at the top of their lungs. This can be really surprising for parents who are not used to seeing their normally quiet and angelic babies in this kind of mood.

Colic often occurs in babies who are big and active, especially those who are great eaters and those who grow really well. These babies will usually have colic episodes at specific time of day, often after each meal.

Since there is no known cause of colic, there is also no cure. There is not much that parents can do but make the experience as comfortable as possible for the infant and of course to lessen the pain and make sure that it will not get worse.

First advice that parents should heed is to not overfeed the child. Sometimes, when babies cry, parents
