2. I continue to see website submissions lacking the urls. The problem is a result of clicking on the X instead of the green S to submit your website… OR it is due to the member having graphics such as java turned off in order to surf faster.

You MUST click on the Green S to submit your websites, banners, programs. You MUST allow java otherwise the submission buttons cannot function. Please be sure to view your website rotator after each submission to be sure that the website that you just submitted is displaying. If it is not displaying please be sure that you clicked the Green S to submit and that graphics such as java are not turned off. If you make adjustments to correct this problem but it still does not work please contact me via Support advising me which windows OS you have and which browser you are using. ANSWER:
First off the best way to earn a living online is to own your own online business. You own your traffic exchange. If you give it every ounce of your effort, time and some money it will get large enough to provide you with a steady income. Its EXTREMELY important to focus on building the membership base. You need to join some forums where other traffic exchange owners post and start participating on a regular basis to build relationships with the other TE owners. By networking with other TE owners you can help each other or do joint ventures. Trying to succeed online alone just isn’t going to happen unless you have a ton of money to pay for a constant stream of advertising. The big dawgs that are making 6 figure incomes off their TEs didn’t do it over night. It takes time to build a traffic exchange to the point that its earning you a good living.

Just stick with your TE business and focus on promoting your members and making them happy and loyal to you. Surf at the TEs like crazy to promote your TE. Get your TE SEEN!

Now you asked if I have I found anything that pays consistently. Let me put it to you this way… I can make alot of money off of a program while most won’t.

Wanna know why they won’t?

Because they won’t put in the hours that I will to promote it. I promote 7 days a week. I spend a mimimum of 6-8 hours a day surfing. You HAVE to get your program / business seen! I’m not saying you have to work 7 days a week. But anything less than 4 days a week, 6-8 hours a day minimum won’t cut it.

And if you’re not making splash pages then you are losing out! Splash pages are an absolute MUST! It’s work! But I love it! You have to LOVE marketing otherwise you won’t achieve success online.

Next thing you need to join a business that’s honest and one that will last for years! Most won’t last due to program being a scam or because the owner doesn’t have the knowledge and or the cash flow to turn it into a successful business. Seriously you must take the time to analyze the programs that are out there. I specifically look for programs where the owner includes their real name and real contact information. I look for an Admin that makes themselves available to their members. I look for the names of successful online folks to see what programs they are promoting.

I look for testimonials and no not the kind of testimonials that comes from testimonials whores. I’m talking about non solicited, non rewarded praises from truly satisfied happy customers. For example the owner of the program I am seriously commiting myself to has taught and helped many people hone their business and marketing skills to the point that they now have their own successful businesses. This is the type of Admin / CEO you should be looking for!

A program that not only gives you the necessary marketing tools that you will need but trains you how to use it! I look for a program that has a strong sense of community and team work! These are just some of the things I look at to determine who I am going to join and dedicate my time, loyalty, effort and money to. I have been struggling to find this for the past year and a half and I finally found the program I’m dedicating myself to.

Again people can join this and if they don’t invest their time and make an honest commitment to it they will fail just like they did with every other program. They have to stop the program hopping and settle down.

To succeed with this or any other program you have to be willing to do the following…

Make a real commitment to the program, Devote your time willingly to it, take advantage of the tools and the training that is offered. Attend online conferences, Want to become a part of the community and want to help and support other members! Schedule a daily marketing routine and stick with it. Must set goals, must have the will, desire, patience, positivity and perseverance to see your goals come to fruition! Anyways you get the gist!

I very rarely go any where, so it’s important that I have activities in my life that are not work related. I enjoy watching movies on weekends with my son. Google does NOT allow their ads to rotate on traffic exchanges period! If you continue to show them on TEs you will lose your Google accounts. I was contacting members personally via support telling them I deleted their links and letting them know about Googles TOS but apparently they never read their emails and they just keep adding these sites back into rotation, which means I just have to go delete them all over again. But that’s just part of the job so I will continue to look out for my members.

BTW Clix Sense is owned by StormPay, All StormPay owned programs are banned on Must Have Hits. I noticed that alot of folks are adding Clix Sense banners and links to their webpages, unfortunately pages with Clix Sense ads displayed on them will be removed from Must Have Hits as well.

3. Over the weekend my email host stopped working. If anyone wrote me over the weekend and I haven’t already responded please resend! My apologies! I have an excellent host so this was a very rare occurrence!

4. Alot of folks still surfing less than 100 views/clicks on any given traffic exchange. If you truly hope to experience success via advertising with traffic exchanges then you can’t possibly believe surfing less than 100 will get you any where. Seriously you must look at the surf ratios if it has a 2:1 surf ratio… and you surf to 100 you receive 50 views. Doing any less than 100 clicks in my opinion is setting yourself up to fail. Advertising works only if your site gets seen! The More you click the better for YOU!

The serious entreprenuers are surfing 200 or more views on each exchange and or have upgraded to receive an even better surf ratio. Remember this you get exactly what you put into it.

5. If you commit to using these tools on a regular basis you can’t help but succeed!

1. May 30th an attack was commenced on Walker Traffic Exchanges. To thwart the would be evil doers, Martyn at Walker banned Class C IPs. (Don’t ask me what this means) lol He mentioned in his post that if we receive any communications from members regarding being unable to obtain access to our TEs to let him know and he would unban the individual IP. Thus far I have only received one complaint of not being able to access Must Have Hits. However if you are unable to login please contact me at Juli@money2go2.com and provide me with your username and or email that you use for Must Have Hits.

2. As you are all aware the Splash Page contest has come to an end. It’s now time to vote for your Favorite Splash Pages. You may vote for your FAVORITES June 2nd thru June 8th via this Blogpost OR you may vote by creating a Support Ticket at Must Have Hits! Each member who votes on ALL 3 categories will receive 200 credits and 400 banners in their Must Have Hits account.

ConGratulations to Stephan, Barry and Mark for your wonderful creations. I enjoyed them immensely, you’ve earned a special place in my heart for taking the time to create splash pages for Must Have Hits! Again folks using Splash pages as opposed to using boring affiliate pages has increased my business by 300% or more. If you aren’t using Splash Pages then you are losing out to your competition. Alot of you will say but Juli I can’t make professional looking Splash Pages. Then I’ll come back and tell you a lil story… I made a webpage for a member. It was my best attempt at a professional looking webpage, I was actually quite proud of it when I was done.

Then I joined their program and I proceeded to create a fun unprofessional looking splash page for myself. Later they mentioned that they liked my splash page and asked if they could use it. I said sure… Last I heard it was bringing in more sign ups fo their program than my Professional looking webpage was. You don’t have to do fancy smancy Splash pages to get sign ups. You just have to tinker and tweak until you find something that works for you. I rely heavily on eye catching graphics. I try for the unusual, unique or I go for humor and do very well. It helps that I pay attention to what catches my eye when I’m surfing traffic exchanges.

If you are not viewing and analyzing the websites that come up while you are surfing then you are not doing yourself any favors. There is alot to be learned by viewing other people’s splash pages and programs.

3. This weeks TE Spotlight is going to be focused on 10KHITS4UNOW. It is a simple yet very effective traffic exchange on the surface! 4. I’ve noticed several people have been submitting websites with no URL listed in the URL field. After you copy/paste your URL in the box you must click on the green colored S to SUBMIT. Clicking on the X next to the green S only closes the box. After you have submitted the link, you should see the actual link listed with Waiting For Approval next to it. If you don’t see a link then your submission failed. Same with submitting banners, to submit you must click the Green S.

5. Paid PROs will receive referrals upon each subscription payment and upon reaching 1200/4000Club Status. Paid PROs will also be considered PARTNERS of Must Have Hits. And as PARTNERS will receive additional benefits. Such as a listing on the Main page under the PARTNERS section which I will be adding shortly. 1. Welcome to all of the new members! Take a load of your feet and surf a spell Were all family here, so don’t hesitate to drop me a line via support should you need help or have some questions or comments! Thanks to all the oldies but goodies out there for supporting Must Have Hits. To all the new folks who just joined us recently, the hub where you can get the very latest news and updates can be found on the Contest Page and on the Must Have Hits Blog (The link can be found on the Contest page)

2. I’m starting a new weekly topic it’s going to highlight a Traffic Exchange and its Admin. This weeks selection was easy for me. I know an admin who is quite technically minded, (I’m techie challenged) ;-D He knows his way around those php codes that we’ve all come to love to hate. What stands out isn’t so much that he has a vast range of knowledge although that is quite impressive. It is his undying positive attitude and willingness to put himself out for others! I find these qualities to be admirable and if you take into consideration whether or not a traffic exchange has a good admin before joining it then Ray Dube is your man!

Ray is a solid pick, he not only knows the technical side of TEs but he understands people, even when they are frustrated and ready to pull their hair out he’s there calmly throwing you a life saver. He also has been involved with marketing so he’s no green horn. He is more than qualified to own and operate a Traffic Exchange. The hits don’t fly out, of course that is not what counts to me when I select a traffic exchange. I’m results oriented and I also take into consideration the future potential of the traffic exchange. I definitely feel Ray’s traffic exchange is well worth my time and I look forward to building a downline there.

3. As most of you are aware Ed Tyner the owner of RoadRunnerSurf changed scripts and you need to be sure that you have changed your URLs in your TE rotators and ALSO to change your ID# in the downline builder in Must Have Hits.

4. As you all know Must Have Hits came straight out of the gate at #2 and hung on to that position for several days. Were still Rockin at #3 and I’m extremely proud to be in the top 10! It proves to me and should prove to you that anyone can succeed online if they apply themselves. So it’s true the internet does have a level playing field. You can achieve anything that you want to achieve if you believe in yourself! If you love and believe in what you are doing! And if you surround yourself with great people!

So don’t ever become discouraged if things don’t happen over night. With time and lots of persistence, patience and positive thinking you can accomplish anything. Set your goals and then do whatever it takes to make your dreams become a reality. If your goal is to go to Tahiti next winter than put a picture of Tahiti next to your puter so you see it every time you sit down to work online. It will motivate you and keep you on track to reach your goal.

Visualize yourself in Tahiti, talk to friends about Tahiti, visit sites and read about Tahiti, map out what you want to do or not do whichever the case may be while you are in Tahiti. But whatever you do make your goal come to life by visualizing it and come to understand that through YOUR hard work and dedication online you can one day find yourself in Tahiti. You are in charge of your own destiny! You can and will make it happen if you want it badly enough!

5. Soon you will be able to transfer credits to and from other TEs. Must Have Hits is going to be in the MoneyLegs Credit Bank System. You will know it’s available once I have added the MoneyLegs logo to the Main page and I will also be sure to send out an announcement! I’m truly looking forward to this and I thank Rob Gehring and his partner for this Brand New System. It’s taking the Traffic Exchange Industry to new heights! This wonderful system will… dare I say it! Take us (Must Have Hits) to a whole new level!

Again let me point out how important it is to surround yourselves with good folks! Rob and his team are innovative and have been making waves in the Traffic Exchange Industry for quite some time! I can’t wait to don my thong bikini and ride this wave out!… You may wish to avert your eyes if seeing a 48 year old Naughty whooping and hollering in a thong bikini would disturb you. lol Buy some ear plugs while you’re at it because I’m pretty excited!
